Because sometimes, you need a nudge. A gently push into a new routine. Perhaps your Sundays are spent doom-scrolling, worrying about Monday, or feeling stiff after a long week. Maybe you just want to move but don’t know where to start.
Soft Close Sundays was created to be that nudge. A calm, consistent space to build a new habit, ease into movement and give your body what it’s quietly asking for.
To me, Pilates is like a hug. After a session, everything feels better – mind, body, mood. So come as you are. Move a little. Breathe a lot. Give yourself the kind of Sunday evening that sets you up, not wears you out.
Expect a session that starts and ends in the Relaxation Position - bookends of calm to frame your evening. Movement is controlled, intentional and rooted in the fundamental movements. It’s a chance to mobilise the body, breathe with awareness, and move with presence not pressure.
